Financial intelligence
Market activity, price history, and financial data establish the quantitative foundation.
Algorithmic intelligence. Since 2015.
Intelligence for U.S. technology stocks. BAISYN connects financial data and human behavior to reveal the patterns behind price—and the decisions ahead.
Initially available only to fund managers.
01 / The technology
Markets don’t move in isolation. Neither should your analysis. BAISYN brings multiple streams of data together to evaluate U.S. technology stocks in real time.
Market activity, price history, and financial data establish the quantitative foundation.
Company information, SEC filings, and historical records help validate what sits beneath the price.
Social media signals add context to the people, perceptions, and decisions that move markets.
Additional sensitive data sources contribute to the analysis. Their details remain confidential.
02 / A new perspective on value
Go beyond historical data and analysis tools. Explore algorithmically derived price evaluations across five time horizons, designed to inform your next decision.
Connect today's signals to a longer view of value. A monthly evaluation helps frame opportunity beyond a single market session.
A repeatable, algorithmic calculation—not a discretionary guess. A model output is not a guarantee of a future market price.

Our origin
03 / The human side of the algorithm
During BAISYN’s development, a Swiss investment banker offered a challenge: “Stocks don’t have memory.”
Our response was simple. People buy, sell, and trade stocks—and people do have memory. Their decisions help determine price, not the stock itself.
That insight is central to BAISYN. We validate the underlying data and analyze it in real time, looking for patterns that help determine whether an investment makes sense.
04 / Risk deserves equal attention
Capturing the strongest days is only part of the investment story. Avoiding the weakest can matter just as much—especially when valuations are stretched.
Our philosophy considers both sides: participation in opportunity and disciplined attention to downside risk. The goal is better-informed allocation, not growth at any cost.
Conceptual illustration, not historical performance. Identifying the best or worst days in advance is not assured.
Platform access planned · 2027
We’re evolving from investing client capital to putting BAISYN technology in the hands of fund managers. Initial access will be available only to fund managers.

BAISYN analyzes financial data, corporate information, social media signals, and confidential proprietary data to identify algorithmic patterns for evaluating U.S. technology-stock prices. Underlying data is validated and analyzed in real time.
It means the evaluation follows a defined algorithm rather than a discretionary guess. The same model and inputs produce the same calculation. It does not mean that future stock prices are certain: markets change, inputs have limitations, and investments can lose value.
BAISYN will initially be available only to fund managers, including hedge fund managers and investment fund managers. The platform is designed to support their own research, risk management, and allocation processes.
Platform access is planned for 2027, initially only for fund managers. Evaluations are planned across one-day, five-day, 30-day, 180-day, and one-year horizons for U.S. technology stocks. Availability, features, and final pricing remain subject to change.
